GeoGuide: Planning allows users to explore a wide variety of general mapping data on the City of Georgetown as well as specific geographic information related to the Planning and Development function of the City of Georgetown (i.e. zoning, land use).

FEMA Floodplain

GeoGuide: FEMA Floodplain allows users to explore the latest flood zone designations from the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) Flood Insurance Rate Maps, or FIRMs.  Users can find their property with the convenient address locator and zoom-in to see which flood zone contains the property. Maps can also be printed.  Please note that this map is for informational purposes only; it is in no way an official determination of flood zone status.

City Council Districts

GeoGuide: City Council Districts allows users to explore the geographic extent of Georgetown’s seven single member City Council Districts.  Residents can determine which Council Districts they live in by using the address locator button.  Maps can also be printed.
